Tart

A spoonful or two of freshly stewed apple, a couple of sultanas, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and some leftover shop-bought puff pastry. Rolled, scored, dolloped and popped in the oven at 150C until brown. Scoffed with a huge scoop of Cornish ice cream. Equally delicious cold with a mug of coffee.

    I am starting to get very anxious that the end of the alphabet is approaching - I am enjoying it so much. Do you think you could go backwards from Z?
