Frilly snowdrops

It's exciting watching a new garden come to life. You begin to get a sense of the person who was here last. I'm loathe to start digging away in case I disturb something deep down. So for now we watch. And wait. A swathe of snowdrops have appeared by the blocked drain at the front of the house. Quite a few were trampled when the drains were fixed, but a good few have survived. This trio are on the other side of the path and have incredible frills.
Aren't the lime green stripes brilliant. Had I not been photographing the garden beds, I probably wouldn't have noticed just how pretty this tiny little group were. When we have the driveway installed, I must remember to move them somewhere safe.
