Prosciutto, goats cheese and mushroom salad

I am slightly obsessed with preserved mushrooms. Have been ever since we had them at Valentina. Waitrose do a very nice jar. I find salads that can be thrown together with things from jars very pleasing.

  1. Yup - cooking is a challenge at the mo. Dinner last night was melon and raspberries. Too hot to eat. Though your salad looks very tasty.
