Meet the boys!

Here they are - my ginger honey chaps from Donna Hay's cookie mixture tin that I got at Christmas - and boy, are they scrummy. They needed to be used up before they went off (to the land of fill) and for once I had the two ingredients that needed to be added to the mix - butter and honey. The aroma in the flat was divine. Yum. yum, yum.

As you can imagine, the band of merry men are disappearing pretty darn quick round these parts - particularly when the kettle goes on...
