...procrastinationRather than spending every waking minute pouring over job websites today, I spent a delicious couple of hours baking a couple of cakes. One for a friend's birthday tomorrow and, because I am greedy and couldn't wait until tomorrow for a slice, one for me (see photo above). I obviously had to lick the spoon...and the bowl...and quite frankly am all sugared out and really can't face a slice of cake. Well, at least not until the kettle boils after dinner.

Donna Hay has opened my eyes to what has to be the single most simple, but heavenly, cake icing that ever existed. Pouring/single cream and dark chocolate. That's it. Sigh.

Oh they're fabulous! And I love the recycling angle, very good idea.................. the recipients must have been thrilled to have received those stylish gifts.
