Pancake day




I love pancake day. I love crepes more - especially those filled with caramelised apple in Calvados with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. This evening, Mr M cooked incredible chive pancakes stuffed with Gorgonzola, mascarpone, bacon and broccoli. They were delicious. And rich. So we're having leftovers tomorrow night.

    oooh, they look fab! Thanks for your post by the way. We had cheesy leeks and bacon in ours, so not too different. Hope you enjoyed them :-)

    They look seriously lush! I failed miserably on the pancake front as I was reminded by my son (now nearly 19)- will make more effort at the weekend albeit belatedly :0)
