Who knew that ivy is used so frequently in flower arrangements?

Contemporary design isn't my cup of tea, although I do appreciate that it is often one of those bread and butter jobs for the corporate world. These were made with a piece of soaked oasis popped into a square container and a ridiculous number of ivy leaves arranged in size from the centre out. Three orchids placed in the top, with connecting grass to finish the look.

Mine looks a little out of place in our Victorian flat, but the lime green orchids are magnificent.
