Wild garlic

Like a field of white snowflakes, our wild garlic is in bloom. We had grand plans to use the young leaves in salads but with all the cats and foxes scampering through them decided that the idea wasn't quite as appealing as Hugh F-W had made out.

      It looks so beautiful, although it really does pong when the lawnmower whizzes over the rogue ones in the lawn.
