Raspberry and Hazelnut Vienetta

Made for friends on that incredibly hot weekend a little while ago. An easy pudding from this year's Waitrose Summer booklet. Requires a little planning but only has 6 ingredients and the two stages are really easy to do. I made it mid morning in order for it to be eaten that evening. Freezer space required. And a prettier dish than my beautiful baking tray...

To quote Mr B - "this is epic". It really did trump that rhubarb semi-freddo.
