One healthy-ish goats cheese wrap to offset the most delicious wedge of chocolate cake eaten post massage at the gym this morning. I think a few more pumpkin seeds may be required before the gazillion calories have been offset. Perhaps I need to sew some salad leaves or something really difficult like fennel.
I love goat's cheese, that looks like my kind of lunch (including the chocolate cake). The salad leaves I usually grow have been very disappointing this year, I've ended up buying them.
