I do. Constantly. It often gets me into trouble - mostly because I pick up books which I've forgotten that I've read. Anyway, this Virago book with its wistful cover caught my eye recently in a local charity shop and is providing some much needed escapism from the day job.
Angel, Slaney, Birdie et al seem to be having a fractious time of it in the large house on the cliff. Julian has just arrived home and poor old Tiddley's already locked herself in the potting shed to sob over his letters and her broken heart. It's all go!
