No. not the hotel but a particularly crisp savoy cabbage that we have been making our way through this past week. Mostly braised as a side, but tonight with smoked bacon, mushrooms, garlic and pasta. Tasty, but still not sure it completely worked. How do you eat yours?
Will be interested to hear others' suggestions, as our Waitrose seems to have a plethora of cabbage at the moment... K x

ReplyDeleteWe've been doing a similar thing as we keep getting it in our veg box. I'm loving leeks with bacon and creme fraiche with pasta, although it's not doing my diet much good! x
