Simple supper - Crayfish on toast

Crayfish in a creme fraiche, chive, olive oil, cider vinegar and cajun spiced dressing on toast, with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Thrown together in 5 minutes, eaten in less.

  1. Yum! Where do you buy your crayfish from? I've always found them very expensive and pretty disappointing but love them. x

    1. Well - they are a bit trumpy, but Waitrose are selling a pack that serves two handsomely for about £3.50 - it's with the smoked salmon. And is cheaper than the Crayfish salad at Pret x
