Happy Easter!

Chocolate-shmocolate. Isn't it fortunate that it's good for you...ish. Sadly I don't think it applies to the bag of mini eggs, 3 Easter eggs or the bunny. I can say with quite a lot of certainty that it probably doesn't apply to Betty Crocker's ready made icing*. Oh well. Better luck next year.

*Yes. Shop bought icing. I know. I just couldn't face the grief of making buttercream icing. I value the use of my arms too much and Mr M wasn't available. The chocolate version is rather good though, just don't look at the ingredients...

    We can't be expected to make from scratch every time lol! I think it looks absolutely delicious and after looking at your photo I want a hot cross bun mmmmm think I might have to treat myself. Happy Easter :)
