We went to Mr and Mrs B's on Saturday for curry night with a view. I was in charge of pud.
With a punnet of redcurrants in the fridge that desperately needed to be used up, I found this recipe. I added some crumble mix to the top for added crunch (so addictive to make in the frying pan).
That sounds lovely, I picked some redcurrants from the garden yesterday for a summer pudding, wish I'd have seen this 1st!
